I provide personal reviews of Naruto fanart and fanfiction on the DA site in an attempt to provide helpful, fair and honest critique for Naruto fanworks. A bit about how I rate:

I look at the total amount of Naruto fan works in your gallery - not scraps or stuff from other fandoms - and rate them collectively based on several points.

1. Progress - Have you gotten better in the time since you started drawing Naruto?
2. Technical - Anatomy, use of programs and tools on your work, etc for art and grammar, spelling, etc for fanfics. I split these up if your gallery has both to specifically address them.
3. Attitude - Are you good at receiving critique and commentary? Are most of your comments invisible? Do you have a lot of negative rant-related work?
4. Respect and Knowledge of deviantART submission policies - Is your gallery full of screencaps and Gaia avatars or other generator based dolls? If you color another's lineart, is it properly credited? And so on.

Each point is given an individual rating and then I average them to give you an overall rating.
